He is extremely energetic, positive, passion-driven and has foreseen a strong vision for Team Sarth.

He is a computer engineer by education and a change maker at Sarth. He is credited with developing Motel & Restaurant projects in USA and numerous residential projects in Ahmedabad. At Sarth he has successfully instilled the culture of technology and has a keen motive to keep the company updated through various technological advancements. He leads the team and overlooks the execution of all the projects and believes in handing over projects as promised. Land acquisition, sales and administration are his forte.

Smeet is an Architect by education, co-founded Sarth after his graduation. He is the third generation member of the family who possesses immense abilities and brings unique ideas to the table. He plays a key role in conceptualizing, designing and developing the upcoming projects at Sarth. He also overlooks the marketing department. He is personally attached to the company through a legacy of shared values. He is resilient and passionate with a zeal to learn new things, adopt new skills and implement different ideas.
